A man accused of murdering a pair of deputies during a spree of violence in 2014 laughed through the opening day of his trial and vowed to escape prison to kill again.
“I wish I could have killed more of those motherf—–s. I will break out soon, and I will kill more,” Luis Bracamontes unapologetically told a judge Tuesday.
The 37-year-old defendant added that there’s no need for the trial to continue, given he has repeatedly admitted to murdering Sacramento Sheriff’s Deputy Danny Oliver and Placer Sheriff’s Deputy Michael Davis Jr. during a violent tear, which began in a Motel 6 parking lot near the Arden Fair Mall, the Sacramento Bee reported. The only thing I f—ing regret is I only killed two.”
White ruled the trial would continue, though he did have to dismiss the jury during one of Bracamontes’ outbursts.
