A: A jury found John Bunch guilty of murder in the 2015 shooting death of 53-year-old Walter Gibson at a shopping center in Sacramento’s North Natomas area.
Bunch was sentenced June 30, 2017, to life in prison without possibility of parole, according to Sacramento Superior Court records available online. Now 26 years old, he is at Salinas Valley State Prison in Soledad. Never miss a local story.
