Harvey Weinstein hit with $5M lawsuit by MALE victim who claims mogul tried to rape him in a garage following a business meeting a month before he married Georgina Chapman

The lawsuits keep piling up for Harvey Weinstein, with the number of complaints having been filed against the embattled executive having now moved well into the double digits.

Most of the plaintiffs in these cases are women who allege that they were sexually harassed or assaulted by Weinstein and are now seeking relief in the form of monetary compensation.

Weinstein is facing legal challenges from a handful of powerful companies as well such as Lindt and American Express, who filed court papers last month claiming that over $1.3 million is owed on a company card used by the namesake film studio that the disgraced mogul founded with his brother Bob.

DailyMail.com has also obtained court filings that reveal there is also a male victim who has filed a lawsuit seeking at least $5 million in damages after claiming that Weinstein attempted to rape him back in 2007 after a business meeting.

That incident allegedly occurred just one month before Weinstein said ‘I do’ to wife number two, Georgina Chapman.
