Authorities have identified the body of a woman who was found Monday floating in the San Jacinto River.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of Tera Rose Hoseck, 31, as a homicide.

Hoseck is originally from Minnesota and it is unknown where she was currently living or whom she knew, authorities said.
Hoseck had appeared to be in the water for several hours when her body was found about 5 p.m. at 17407 River Road by deputies on the west side of the river bank. Her body and face had been injured.
