The estranged husband of missing mother Jennifer Dulos has been ordered to appear in court Monday to address possible issues with his GPS monitoring system, the legal team for Fotis Dulos confirmed to Hearst Connecticut Media Wednesday night.
Judge John Balwie has scheduled a 2 p.m. hearing for Monday after probation officials raised concerns that Fotis Dulos was not properly recharging the batteries on his GPS monitoring system, Dulos’ legal team said Wednesday. The problem apparently happened four times between August and September.
“A man presumed innocent apparently needs his battery adjusted,” Pattis told Hearst Connecticut Media. “As the Wicked Witch of the West once said, ‘What a world!’”
Dulos is out on two separate $500,000 bonds connected to two separate charges in connection with the May 24 disappearance of Jennifer Dulos . He was most recently arrested about a week and a half ago on a tampering with evidence charge.
He has been wearing a GPS monitoring anklet since his first arrest in June on charges of tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution.
