Latest developments in Fotis Dulos’ suicide attempt

Fotis Dulos will be transfered to hyperbaric chamber at the Jacobi Medical Center in Bronx, N.Y.

He is going there because Bridgeport’s hyperbaric chamber is full.

UPDATE: 2:52 PM

Police confirm Fotis Dulos is alive and in critical condition.

Farmington Police Lt. Tim McKenzie said Dulos is being treated for carbon monoxide poisioning.

He was found sitting inside his Suburban vehicle in the garage showing “obvious signs of medical distress.”When EMS arrived they treated Dulos with chest compression and CPR.Police said they went to Dulos’ home for a well-being check because he did not show up in court Tuesday.McKenzie said police are planning another news conference later in the day. UPDATE: 2:48 PM Fotis Dulos will be transported to Bridgeport Hospital that has a hyperbaric chamber.According to the Mayo Clinic , hyperbaric oxygen therapy involves breathing pure oxygen in a pressurized room or tube.In a hyperbaric oxygen therapy chamber, the air pressure is increased to three times higher than normal air pressure. Under these conditions, your lungs can gather more oxygen than would be possible breathing pure oxygen at normal air pressure.
