A South Side man was arrested Tuesday, charged with murder in Saturday’s fatal shooting outside a McDonald’s restaurant on the Southeast Side, Columbus police said.

Brandon Jamal Price, 30, of the 1700 block of Rainbow Park, was charged with murder, accused of killing 32-year-old Ricardo Henderson.

Columbus police officers were called at 5:42 p.m. Saturday to the McDonald’s in the 2500 block of Hamilton Road on the report of a shooting.

When officers arrived, they found Henderson down in the parking lot. He was transported to Mount Carmel East Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 6:16 p.m. Saturday.

Police are not saying what caused them to arrest Price or what led up to the shooting.Henderson’s death is the city’s 26th homicide.jwoods@dispatch.com@Woodsnight
