Douglas County Sheriff’s OfficeDominique Wogan A 33-year-old man was arrested Friday night in Castle Pines on investigation of second-degree murder for his role in a fatal shooting, the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

Dominique Wogan is being held without bail until his court appearance Monday.

Authorities responded about 7 p.m. Friday to the 300 block of Ovida Place in Castle Pines on reports of a shooting. There they found a white male dead inside the home and determined there had been a disturbance before the shooting, the news release said.

“It is believed that Wogan and the victim were known to each other,” Douglas County officials said.

Authorities are continuing to investigate the incident.
