Police arrest Boise woman in connection to suspicious death

BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — Boise police were called to a medical emergency on the 1900 block of N. Ancestor Ave. around 4 am on Thursday morning.

Upon arrival, officers found a man who had been shot multiple times. Medics attempted to revive the victim but they were unsuccessful and he died on scene.

The death was determined to be a homicide and after further investigation, officers arrested Josina Regan, 45 of Boise. Regan was booked into the Ada County jail and faces a felony charge of 2nd-degree murder.

The name of the victim has not been released and the investigation is ongoing.

Boise Police ask anyone with information or who may have witnessed anything suspicious in the area of N. Hampton Rd. and W. Eshelman St. to call dispatch at 208-377-6790 or Crime Stoppers at 208-343-COPS (2677).
