This case starts in Orlando, Florida on Tuesday, September 8th. 27-year-old Barbara Tommey was walking into Navy Federal Credit Union, on Gardens Park Blvd, near Mall of Millenia. It was just before 9am, and she was making her way inside to start her work shift.As she was walking inside, her estranged husband, 35-year-old Sylvester Ofori, who is a self-proclaimed prophet, pastor and motivational speaker followed her as she walked towards the door to the building and shot her. When she fell to the ground, he walked up to her and then continued to shoot her in the head. Witnesses say that there wasn’t an argument, or any words exchanged between them. She may not have even been aware he was following her.
