Michelle Troconis’ next court date had been set October 1st, but her attorney Jon Schoenhorn filed an emergency motion with the Appellate Court which ordered the Stamford court to hold a bond modification hearing. This hearing happened this morning.
The still unsolved Jennifer Dulos case continues to progress through the courts with a pair of hearings on different dockets in August.The first big news item is the motion from the administrator of Fotis Dulos’ estate to have Jennifer Dulos declared dead. Fotis did not name a beneficiary on an individual retirement account he had at Fidelity. Under Connecticut property laws the account and the funds within must go to Jennifer, even though she is missing and presumed dead.
